Description

These 5/8" cam locks are commonly used to secure baggage compartment doors.

Chrome plated with round face.

Two keys per lock.

Available in either 5/8", 7/8" or 1-1/8" lengths. Length is measured from outside mounting surface to the front of the straight cam.

Each comes with both a straight and a 1/4" offset cam.

NOTE: All baggage door locks ordered together will be keyed alike, so replacing all at once is recommended.

We installed them on a 1969 Avion. Locks fit in the existing hole great, but the lock cylinder was too long so we don't get a tight fit, but it is better than not being able to open the compartments at all.

Just installed a pair of these on our Flying Cloud. They look just like the originals, and they work better now since we have working keys. Speaking of keys, VTS made both locks work with the same key, as promised.

The old locks were removed, the area cleaned and your new locks were put in - simple as that. They are the same diameter as the originals. They lock and unlock smoothly. Good product.
