This door latch is used on many canned ham trailers in conjunction with our locking L handle. Mounting holes may not be in the same location as your original. Steel construction
3-3/8" long inside handle with locking trigger
Accepts a 5/16" square shank
(6) 15/16" dia. mounting holes

I want to thank Steve in customer service for his help with info on their Canned Ham Door Latch. I have a 69 Shasta Compact and this latch is a perfect match for the latch that was on mine. I ordered two of these, one for myself and one for a friend that has an early 70's fiberglass camper. With a little fabrication this setup looks like it came on his trailer and works very well. I am very pleased with the quality of the part and of the service of Vintage Trailer Supply. I'm sure I will be purchasing more items as I continue my restoration.
