This steel bracket extends the door spring latch off your trailer so that the door knob does not touch the trailer wall when it is open. The bracket is 3-1/2" deep and 4-3/8" between mounting holes. With the attached latch and rubber bumper, the bracket provides 4-1/2" clearance. When the latch is open and engaged, it extends an additional inch.
Latch and bumper come riveted to bracket. No catch is provided.
