RemovALL™ 220 is a brushable water-based paint and plasticoat remover that is biodegradable, non-toxic, user-friendly and environmentally safe. It is extremely effective in removing the toughest industrial coatings like epoxies and urethanes from non-porous surfaces like metal, concrete, masonry and brick. Vintage Airstream owners have found it to be one of the very best products for removing plasticoat from their trailers before polishing.

The manufacturer, Freeworld Coatings Ltd, says that one gallon will cover 40-90 square feet when stripping paint. We've found that two gallons is enough to remove the plasticoat from most larger vintage trailers and one gallon will do a mid-size or small trailer. Of course, the age, composition and thickness of the plasticoat will ultimately determine how thick you will need to apply it. We recommend testing a small area of your trailer first, to determine how thick to apply it.

Airstream Plasticoat Removal	July 9, 2009

I am removing the plasticoat from my 1997 Airstream. I tried other products but this one is the very best. After brushing on the product the palsticoat melts off without any scraping. The product cleans up with water. After using the paint brush to move around the loose plasticoat I sprayed the trailer with a garden hose and the area is clean and ready to polish. In my opinion this product is well worth the money because I don't like to work hard and this product does the job efortlessly.

This is the ONLY product for stripping clearcoat off of a vintage Airstream. I tried several different solvent strippers on the unknown aftermarket clear coat on our trailer but had to use steel wool to get the softened clear coat off. With RemovAll the stuff literally came off in a sheet. And RemovAll has almost no fumes and is non-irritating to your skin.

I have a 1968 Boles Aero, the plastic coating was begining to flake off. I'm restoring it and wanted it to look perfect so I bought a heavy duty paint remover at a local home improvement center. After putting three different coats on over a period of two days the coating was still on! I tried two other brands of remover with the same results. Reading about the Napier RemovAll 220, I was thinking yeah right, it hasn't seen the coating on my Boles Aero!

I ordered two gallons and received it yesterday. I went right out opened a gallon, stirred it and applied a coat on a 3x4 section, walked away and went to dinner with my wife. I returned two hours later, took the brush I applied it with and kind of brushed the area around, the coating disolved! I took the hose and rinsed it off....this stuff is incredible, it works! You've got to try this stuff. Thanks so much!

This is an amazing product. It works exactly as advertised. Apply, leave on, hose off with a strong stream of water. It seems to be less aggressive on human skin than other strippers....

Very Easy	October 16, 2007

I was dreading removing the Plasticoat from my 29 foot 71 Ambassador. To my surprise the Napier RemovAll 220 is really easy to use. I brushed it on with a large paint brush. The next day I hosed it off. I reapplied to some areas and hose off the next. That was all it took and there was no damage to my grass.
