Description Technical Specs Field Notes   Vulkem 636 is a slow curing polyurethane sealant that becomes "tack free" in approximately 4 hours. It comes in 300 ml tubes applied with a standard caulk gun. It is durable, very flexible and offers excellent performance in all weather situations. Versions of this sealant have been used for decades in the restoration of vintage travel trailers. Great in all applications, but the slow cure rate works great when positioning new panels and when you want more time before it sets. Designed for exterior and interior use. Gray color blends well with bare aluminum skins or can be painted. NOTE: Tremco is ending the use of the name "Vulkem" for sealants in their industrial/transportation product line. The sealant won't change...just the name. You will soon no longer see the name "Vulkem" except in masonry/construction contexts. To make sure you are getting the same great product you have always relied on, make sure you order Trempro 636. Or, for a no-VOC, faster curing version, order Trempro 635.
