This is the best replacement available for the slightly smaller and now obsolete Chesler locksets used on many 1960s trailers. This standard version fits most Airstream doors from 1962 to 1964. It also fits a few 1965 Airstream doors.

Please note the measurements below. Your backset must be 2-3/8" for this lockset to fit. The backset is the horizontal distance from the edge of the door to the center of the lockset.

• Fits doors 1-1/4" to 1-1/2" thick.
• Requires a 2-3/4" x 2-3/8" cut out in door.
• Escutcheon plates are 3-5/8"" x 2-7/8" in size (inside and outside).
• 2-3/8" backset.
