Description   This zinc plated steel plunger-style door stop easily installs on any trailer to hold the door securely open. This style was commonly seen on many 1960s travel trailers. It stops the door 3-1/2" from the outside trailer wall. The base mounting holes are 2-3/4" on center. The post mounting holes are 2-1/4" on center. The base is 3-3/8" at its widest point. Installation note: The metal base has an open back.  The back of the black rubber insert extends approximately 1/8" beyond the plane of the base bottom.  That rubber insert is compressed when the base is mounted to the door or trailer wall.
