Description

We were unhappy with the low quality and poor style of replacement aluminum drip caps available through many RV dealers. So we went on a search for a fabricator who could make something similar to the originals used above the doors and windows of most vintage trailers. The trick is the sharp radius of the ends. There's a distinctive look that sets the vintage drip caps apart.

We're proud to now offer vintage style aluminum drip caps in 6 lengths, starting at $13.01. Lengths are measured as the overall length of the entire cap, including the mounting flange. Generally, you can expect the flange to measure 5/8" on the left and right and 1" above.

We know there were many sizes of caps back in the day and that you may not find your exact size in our selection. A common way for adjusting sizes at the factory was to piece two caps together by overlapping them to form one, longer cap. This technique can be used and be entirely in keeping with an original appearance.

I was very pleased with the quality of the product. I would like to see more variety of lengths. I recommend that anyone looking to replace their drip caps invest in these.
