This regulator bracket is used to mount a Marshall two-stage RV regulator to a wall or other surface.  Normally, it is used with horizontal regulators. If you are mounting your regulator to your tank rack center rod, you should use the L bracket (VTS-2399) instead of this one.

It screws to the back of the regulator with two #10 self-tapping sheet metal screws approximately 1/2" long.  Those screws are not included.   Then use additional fasteners of your choice to mount the bracket to your wall.
