This handy little part is a great upgrade for your Atwood water heater with 1/2" female threaded drain opening. It is a sturdy brass replacement for the original drain plug. Easily installed, it allows you to quickly drain your water tank at any time without having to remove the threaded plug ever again. Just twist the petcock to open valve for draining and close it again when you are finished.
