Except for the items listed below,* many orders placed since mid-April have not shipped due to our warehouse closure. Our new fulfillment center and technology are now up and running as of May 20th. We have begun to ship the orders placed in April and early May and we will be catching up over the next few days.
Some customers have been waiting more than a month for us to ship, so we are prioritizing those orders for earliest shipping. It may take us more than a week to ship all the pending orders.
