Except for items listed below,* many orders placed since mid-April have experienced shipping delays due to our warehouse closure. Our new fulfillment center and technology are now up and running as of May 20th. We are actively catching up on shipping old orders but it may take a few more days to finish clearing the queue.
Some customers have been waiting more than a month for us to ship, so we are prioritizing those orders for earliest shipping. It may take us more than a week to ship all the pending orders.
