Using your original glass, you can reglaze and restore the waterproof seal between glass and aluminum sash.

This gray vinyl rubber strip is designed for 2mm glass (3/32") inserted in an aluminum channel approximtaely 17/32" deep and 7/32" wide. Thicker glass may work with this gasket because there are rubber spacer fins on the sides.

Remember that rubber stretches somewhat so measurements are approximate when installed.
