This 3" ABS black tank fitting is designed to be solvent welded to an ABS tank. A spigot fitting or standard 3" ABS pipe can then be solvent welded inside it. Because of its flange design, it must be installed as a protruding fitting. Requires a " hole cut in the tank.

This is not compatible with polyethylene tanks.  Polyethylene tanks may be translucent white, green and occasionally black. Polyethylene has a waxy feeling finish to it.  This should only be used on ABS tanks which are typically black. Call us or send us photos of your tank if you need help.
