The fastest and easiest way to place your order is with MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover or PayPal through our online shopping cart system.
Our online system is secure because your credit card information is encrypted before it is transmitted. To use the online shopping cart, simply add items to your cart as you see them by clicking the button on the item page. At any time you can review the items in your cart or check out and pay for your order by simply clicking on the View Cart button along the top of the page. After you have successfully placed your online order, you will automatically receive an email from us summarizing your order and assigning your order an order number. That number is important for tracking your order. Although paying with a credit card online is the easiest, we know some customers would prefer to order by check or would prefer to avoid transmitting credit card information over the internet. For that reason we have a convenient option of submitting your order online but then following up with payment by check in the mail. The shopping cart system will guide you through this process. If you'd rather not use the shopping cart system at all, you can order by phone Monday thru Friday from 9am to 5pm Eastern time. We do not accept orders by e-mail. To navigate this website, simply click on a product category you might be interested in. Categories are located in a column along the left side of your screen. You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product.
If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". |
