Our diecast spring loaded plunger latch is the foot on our vintage stone guard support arms (VTS-808) and also used as a closure latch to hold down some Avion rock guards. 

5/32" diameter mounting holes are set 1-1/8" apart. Protrudes 2" from the trailer.

Does not come with fasteners.
