We've put together this ready-to-go kit for customers who are just starting their polishing adventure. If your trailer has never been polished before, this is where you need to start.
It includes all the tools you need under normal circumstances* to properly remove all the oxidation and correctly prepare your aluminum trailer for final polishing with a Cyclo polisher. Of course, if you have a plasticoat on your trailer, you will need to remove that before polishing.
The kit is the same price as buying the individual items separately.
Included:
Kit does not include polishes. We recommend this tool and pads for use with all coarse and medium grade polishes. For example Bright Work Step 1/RED and Bright Work Step 2/WHITE will work well in most cases. Please view our polishing instructions for more information.
*It's tough to define "normal" when it comes to a decades-old aluminum trailer. If you have significant scratches or corrosion, you may need a coarser grade of polish or even very fine sandpaper to remove those problems while you are polishing. And some scars will never come out, even with the best prep. You'll be able to see the full extent of your trailer's problem areas after you begin polishing.
