This hard-to-find version of an ABS tee is extremely useful for many drain waste systems. It is perfect for many all-Valterra systems, and if you are struggling with a broken old white "Thetford Collector," this may be your best way forward.

It has a 3" hub (or socket) on the top. The hub can be solvent welded to the outlet (downstream) side of several of the Thetford 3" waste valves. It can also be applied to 3" spigot style Valterra valve flanges.

The side connection is available as either a 1-1/2" or a 2" hub, allowing for gray water to be brought into the tee downstream of the black valve. A 1-1/2" or 2" Valterra gray valve can be installed at that location if you have a gray tank or wish to valve your gray water. If you would like the valve on the side, you will start with a 1-1/2" or 2" spigot style Valterra valve flange. That will create the flange to bolt on the gray valve. Regardless of which standard of 3" valve you use (Thetford or Valterra), you will use a Valterra gray valve.

The outlet of the tee is a straight spigot (the same diameter as a standard 3" pipe) to allow connection of either a Thetford or Valterra bayonet. A bayonet is the ring with the nubs that the cap or flexible hose twist-lock onto.
