• Lockset: Yes, a Keeler (KBC) lock with one key.

• Glass is missing from window frame

*Dimensions include frame, if present.  If any horizontal bars are shown across the front of the door, they are for packing stability only. They are screwed to the frame and are easily removed, leaving no holes in the door.

Expect dents, scratches, stray holes and corrosion. And they are dirty. If accessory hardware is present, you should expect it to need reconditioning or replacement. Gaskets and glazing are likely going to need to be replaced, especially when windows are double pane.
