We ship daily to Canada and frequently to many other countries. If you don't see your country listed when you try to check out, please contact customer service to see if we can add your country.
For international shipping, you can choose either FedEx International Economy, FedEx Ground, USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail.
Balance Cost and Speed
If you are in a hurry to get your order, you should strongly consider selecting FedEx International Economy. It can be more expensive than other services, but delivery is almost always faster. FedEx estimates that delivery to Europe is generally 5 business days or less. FedEx typically delivers to Canada in 3 days or less. The only thing that slows them down is the unpredictable nature of Customs clearance.
Normally, the most cost-effective method to have your order shipped is USPS. USPS estimates it may take 6 to 10 business days in transit, but they do not guarantee their times. Our experience, is that with USPS, times in transit vary dramatically depending on the country, the time of year, and whether either the US government or your government decide to hold the package at the border for one reason or another. During the COVID-19 era, delivery to Canada has been especially slow, sometimes taking 3 weeks or more.
Our Guarantee
We guarantee we will address the package the way you have instructed us to do and that the package will be delivered to your government's Customs agency. We cannot guarantee what will happen to the package after it leaves the United States. If you would like further protection, you may purchase insurance for your package to protect yourself against damage or loss by your government or your postal service. The cost of the insurance is 2% of the your merchandise total. To add insurance to your order, you must request it at the time you place your order by calling or emailing us immediately, and before we ship your order.
Lost Packages
Due to carrier rules, packages are not considered lost until 45 days have passed (60 days to Italy for some reason). The 45 day rule is established by the insurance company the carrier uses. After 45 days, we are happy to attempt to find your package or replace it (if it has not yet left the United States). If you have purchased insurance, we will file the insurance claim and immediately re-ship your order. Please note that after 60 days, we are unable to place a claim on your behalf so all lost packages should be reported as soon as 45 days have passed.
Additional Fees You May Experience
No one likes surprise charges when we receive packages. Unfortunately, you may be charged fees by the carriers when your government stops your package at the border to collect duties or taxes from you. In those cases, the carriers need to immediately pay your taxes on your behalf to clear border Customs, and then you must reimburse them. When this happens, the carriers charge you a fee on top of the government duties or taxes. Please click here to read the details of how this works.
