Vintage trailers use slotted screws. Unfortunately, the originals rust.

These hard-to-find #8 and #10 slotted sheet metal screws were used by Airstream in the 1960s and earlier on the ends of drip caps and to attach trim to the trailer. They are also used to attach teardrop marker lights.

They were also used throughout many wood frame trailers to attach siding skins, drip rails, roof edging and running lights. 

We make them available in both 1/2" and 3/4" lengths in size #8, as well as 3/4" length in size #10, and all have pan heads.

They are made of 304 stainless steel.
