This looks like other Slide-EZ valves from Thetford, but it is unique and used only with an RV installation of the Thetford Electra Magic self contained recirculating toilet manufactured in 1978 and later. It is not used as a dump valve downstream of your stand alone black tank. It is not used on earlier Electra Magic toilets.
Flat top for direct mount to the proprietary Thetford 4-hole mounting surface on the bottom of a Thetford Electra Magic toilet. Top seal and four mounting screws are included.
Short length of spigot with a foam rubber gasket around it to compress against your trailer's floor flange. Creates a water tight seal like a wax ring on a household toilet.

Version 12836 of Thetford Slide-EZ valve 01447. It is similar to 08707 except for the bottom seal. Version 03632 was used on Electra Magic toilets made before 1978 and those valves are no longer available. Every Thetford Slide EZ valve ever made says 01447 on it, so you can't rely on the number molded into the plastic to guide you in selecting the correct version.
