Finally, a stainless steel version of the license plate bracket that was originally used on Airstreams from 1969 to 2007. Other versions of this bracket--like the Truck-Lite or Signal Stat brand--are chrome plated and much more likely to rust. We developed our own polished 304 stainless steel version in response to this longstanding issue.
Some other brands, like Yellowstone, started using this style in the early 1960s. It is similar to--and the best replacement for--the Yankee 331/332.
Please note that the photograph shows the license plate bracket installed properly in the assembly for Airstreams and most other vintage trailers. The slots for the license plate fasteners should be offset from the trailer body to allow clearance for the heads of the bolts you are using to affix the plate to the bracket.
Some other applications call for the light to be installed using two rubber standoffs from the vehicle. Those black standoffs are included. When standoffs are used, the bracket can be installed in the opposite orientation.
Uses a #67 bulb (incandescent bulb included).
This license plate assembly is slightly larger than the version we sell for 1968 and earlier trailers.

Stainless components include: polished cover, backplate, screws and plate bracket. Some unseen parts are zinc plated steel.
